BUILT AROUND
YOUR PROJECT.
01 / NEW BUILDS
From the first idea to the finished home, Concept Habitat provides experienced, hands-on construction for custom residential projects throughout Nova Scotia.
We work closely with homeowners, designers, engineers and trades to turn plans into well-built homes, with careful attention to quality, performance, budget and the details that matter.
02 / CUSTOM CARPENTRY
Some projects don't fit neatly into a standard solution. With more than 30 years of hands-on building experience, Kristan brings the craftsmanship and problem-solving required for detailed, unusual and highly customized work.
From structural carpentry and additions to one-of-a-kind architectural details, we build around the project rather than forcing the project into a template.
03 / RENOVATIONS
Good renovation work starts with understanding what's already there. Concept Habitat renovates and reimagines existing homes with an emphasis on thoughtful design, sound construction and solutions that feel like they belong.
Whether you're opening up a floor plan, adding space or transforming an existing home, we approach renovations with the same care we bring to a new build.
